Guys I think I have food poisoning...

Let me explain...

So as some of my friends on here know that i got 1 of my back top teeth removed.
After ab 3h the numbness was wearing off and it hurt but i forgot all ab it but a 1am i had some medicine and i think it gave me food poisoning!
Once i swallowed it,it tasted weird and 5mins later as u guys can guess my stomach started hurting and now im here telling my lil story while enjoying the pain (Ofc im not! ) So yh i think i do!

What do u guys think?

it might just be stomachache but worst case scenario it's food poisoning just take deep breaths and try to relax
