Probably Infinite from Sonic forces because he defeated Sonic twice including the rookie.And he (almost) ended the world.Even tho the bosses were ass the lore is well done (other than him randomly
disappearing).All tho people say he's wasted potential (even tho he was) EVERY villain like chaos,shadow,metal Sonic,Vavok with infinite jumped Sonic in the beginning and helped eggmama lock him in space for months.I always wondered why infinite didn't make Methellies clones and create more deadly illusions.@Infinite i love the character but sega really messed up his potential. infinite was jipped of a good and propper back story, they made him a hissy fit brat bc shadow scratched his eye. it was a disapointing game once again. mimic from the archie comics was one of my favorite villians though
