Im afraid of heights and spiders

i am deathly, i mean to the point of it being labelled a disability on my medical file, afraid of heights. five steps? can barely do it. flight of stairs? legs go out. sometimes if i look up i get super lightheaded and my legs feel weak just because it appears high. skywalks? i may pass out. if i am in any way touched while attempting to climb stairs or walk someplace high i will freeze and cannot proceed. it is dehibilitating to be this afraid of heights. if i even look at someone being up high my heart races beyond belief, my legs shake, and i may pass out. castiel can attest to this, trying to climb the stairs to his front door and i could barely walk up them. it was like 4 steps. anyways tldr im severely acrophobic to the point of being legally disabled from it

Bugs. Like ik they (most) can't do anything to me that could be fatal, but I just... don't like em and they oddly scare me. Like I had a split second nightmare full of bugs and spiders and I actually woke up screaming.
