unpopular opinion but @Raven you cant just like add kids as mods and expect them what to do... there needs to be rules/a guide on what to do for these mods bc they clearly don't know how to do their job, you added like 5 new mods and they don't know what they're doing, like they're deleting posts that don't violate rules. "Possible drama" is not a rule violation. If someone makes a "controversial" post its on the person who creates the argument to take responsibility.

I have been working nonstop for BrowseDNS since I came here, which was over a year ago. This was literally the first time I have taken time off just to have time to myself, it has been nothing but getting on and dealing with bullshit. It's like I'm not being appreciated for the amount of time I spent on here so far, I have worked my ass off. The last thing I want to see someone do is tell me that I do not fucking deserve time to myself! I am not the only Administrator or Global Moderator, there is so many other people for you to bitch and cry about. I don't owe any of you people shit, I offered my time to this community.

If you are going to sit here and speak on how I shouldn't be taking breaks, maybe you should apply for staff and try making a difference. All you do is run your mouth, while we have progressed behavior-wise.

It is NOT just raven apart of the moderation team!! Ironically enough it is me in charge of moderation matters. Raven is right, this was not a post for him to be tagged in. Our mods reject posts by using their best interest, if they believe a post will cause trouble, obviously they'd rather delete it. If you don't like how we run things here, your more than welcome to leave. I'd like to acknowledge how much Ravens done for us moderation wise, and you'd be in a worse community without him. You're entitled to have an opinion, but at least understand who you should be directing your frustration at before clicking that post button!

If we accept a post that appears to be going to cause drama, whether it is meaningful or not, it will only lead to people getting into trouble and being banned or muted. By not excepting every post that doesn't technically violate the rules, we are attempting to prevent people from being muted every other day, which would only drive them away as we work to improve our reputation. We're attempting to prevent that, and just because someone posts something doesn't guarantee that it will start a dispute, what matters is how others react to it. That causes the problem, which is why things like discussions about politics and other topics are prohibited. Although discussing them isn't inherently harmful, we are all aware that it will be completely overblown because we have witnessed it. Thus, some things need to be restricted. Common sense is another element of the site rules. This holds true for both site users and moderators, without common sense, there would be no order. Besides, we train each moderator until they are up to par, and while we are rapidly accepting new members, we are working on providing them with accurate and effective training. Some of them might still be rejected, they are essentially still in the trial phase. I am aware of your worries. I'm not sure which of your posts was rejected, It shouldn't have been unless it used a lot of profanity or if any other rule was broken. Depending on how serious it is, a legitimate BrowseDNS complaint regardless of its confrontational nature should either be approved or rejected and discussed in private if it is great enough. We are currently working on training all of the moderators correctly, and I apologize that your post was rejected. I believe Wolfie and a few others are currently working on training a few. (This post is not specifically directed at you; it is intended for everyone who has concerns.) I assume your post is as well.

ALSO, in the past I have talked to raven about issues such as this and got told this statement wasn't true? Like I got told if I had an issue with a moderator or a user i'm supposed to make a public complaint rather than a private one to, "Keep it transparent," if I remember his exact words correctly. Sorry for correcting you, I just want you to have your facts straight so there's no confusion :)
