proshipping: the act of supporting all ship tropes and does not appreciate hate of them. may or may not be a com/darkshipper
comshipper: the act of favoring "complicated" ship tropes; main examples being doctor x patient. all are not necessarily morally illegal
darkshipper: the act of favoring illegal/harmful ship tropes, most likely involving [censored], pedophilia, necrophilia, and more bad terms.

the combo 🌈🍖 is more closely associated to a person who is a pro AND darkshipper
🎱🎀 is the combo for darkshipping
🌸🌙 is the combo for comshipping

proshipping can be bad if the majority are darkshippers
comshipping is not bad in general
it all depends on what tropes a shipper supports

another definition for proshipping was "the act of supporting all problematic ships", but the prefix pro- is meant as "in support of."

profic = profiction, the act of favoring fictional content, closely related to the act of differing fiction and reality

i am not a darkshipper but i am a pro/comshipper (ayingela...)

for the topic at hand plus based on what i said, proshipping is fine unless you support terrible ship tropes; darkshipping. profic is also fine unless you decide to integrate yourself (problems, trauma, fantasies) into fiction; connecting fiction and reality

I do apologize if the poster meant the comshipping stuff but I could see a debate happening about illegal activity and all that jazz so it's just safe. As for my opinion, just don't be a creep with shipping and you can do whatever you want -w- Also shouldn't stem from perverted stuff
