Here's how switch 2 OLED could have two screens similar to the 3ds and wii u

handheld mode you have second screen attached on the bottom changer port and 3ds backwards compatibility

docked mode you have your main screen and put in the dock and connect your screen and Wii U backwards compatibility.

If you purchased/dowloaded anything on wii u and 3ds you could download wii u and 3ds system transfer tool on switch 2 OLED and transfer the games and game data and system data to switch 2 OLED
This is just speculation i don't know if this will ever happen.
