polybuzz issue

Ok, so, I've been using polybuzz.ai for about a week and it now won't let me talk to the AIs without an account. Is it possible to make an account for it on switch (that is all I have at the moment) and if not how do I fix this issue so I can use it again?

@ev.sebastian Omg, I feel u on that tho mine on here as well. I allowed my bf to make my account and send me the login info since I only have switch and he has pc and he said it would be easier that way.

@uky Nothing else works on switch. I usually use character.ai when I have my phone (don't ask y I don't have it please.)
