today im taking a break from here, the past 2 nights ive gotten 2 and 4 hours of sleep, i think its due to unhealthy thought processes.. i think it also might be related to some stress here, i also have irl stuff.. ill be taking a break today, and if it gets worse.. ill take a break tomorrow, i need sleep and time to work on my mind..
i say this to tell those who i normally talk to, that ill be gone for a lil.. be safe ppl, -xen
