I noticed some people have been down voting people replay and topics about religions. Now me personally I'm a Christian but I don't praise it and say things like god bless you and stuff like that. But some people do it doesn't b matter if your Catholic Christian Muslim or anything. Just because someone says something about Jesus, Allah, or even Tawhid. If that's your god you should preach it me personally down vote me all the hell you want but it's petty it really is.

i dont belive in anyone, yet i still understand the fact that christians and other religions have a life too, they are the same as normal people and we should treat them as such, even if we have our own theres no need to hate others for what they value, at that point if you do. would you want people to do the same to you? to those whoever got affected, stay strong and dont falter your faith in who you belive.

(as i said, im not religious, i just understand the basic fact that thats their personal life, im not trynna cause arguments or wtv, but i see nothing wrong about a comment about religion, im pretty sure its even socially acceptable to share information about god, as someone whos not religious, i have many friends that are. that includes my best and kindest friends)

I think this is just immature, pathetic and just sad. if someone said "i'll pray for you" to me even though i'm not a Christian I'd still be hella greatfull someone said that to me. to me, someone talking about their religion as long as they aren't themselves being rude about it, is just FINE. I understand maybe someone has trauma from like, a toxic church for example, but being an asshat to any christian you see isn't justified at all, doing that is giving unresolved trauma and refusal to be open-mined and even attempt to heal, it'd be like if I was rude someone for not being ace like I am and i was mean to you bc you were gay instead of ace like I am. I frankly don't care if you are any religion, I have the ability to understand someone believes in different things than I do and I am able to keep an open mind about it and we can still be friends, I live in a mixed faith household so if I lacked this "skill" i'd be kinda cooked. I get downvotes on a dead, obscure internet forum isn't that big of a deal, but I feel like it speaks to this bigger issue of people lacking nuance on everything now and even having a difference of opinion on even something minor can end relationships and start extremely petty drama and just general hate.
