Try to wear any tight fitting clothes underneath baggy ones?
Whatever you do though, please be safe. I've heard loads of stories of how people have gotten injured from homemade binding. Make sure you don't leave anything tight on for too long, and make sure you still feel like you can breathe. I wish you luck :3
