im actively re-living my WORST memories.
it could be because my birther trying to get back together with my SA'r and i have to live with it again. but i cant sleep beacuse i remember the horrific event placed on my a such a young age. i really just need a way to forget, its been causing me a lot of pain. i never opened up about it EVER and im scared. i need to forget and move on i feel dramatic because others went through way worse.
