i get these like panic attacks at night where im like half asleep and js like see things like entities and get really REALLY nervous sometimes(im mot schizo, trust)
yesterday i had like the same thing but shii was funny
there was this like black entity or like a presense in my room
now most of the time i would js stay glued to my bed motionless
but time, idk why or how, i started running a fade with it@macncheese. I would wake up at 12 sometimes and evrything in my room looked so far awqy and i would feel like my bed was relly tall and it would freak me out, then i would see a group of ppl runing at me full speed but they never got any closer to me, i would just stare put my hands over my ears and start crying out of fear, ik it's stupid but ye
