i think something is wrong with my head

i always think im sick. i always think other people are sick. i dont want to be sick, amd i dont want other peole to be sick, but i cant stop my brain from immedistely going to pain and hospitals and funerals anytime anythimg is off. i found a smqll lump on my leg and immediately started imaginig chemo and pitiful looks and getting weak, my cat had a slight change in behavior and a slight difference in pupil size and i assumed brain tumors. everytime i get a stomachache i think of my appendix exploding and everytime im dizzy i think its a sign for something deadly. its constant 24/7 anxiety and i sound stupid everytime i make it a big deal, but what if one day im right and i catch something before its too late? im sick of always freaking out over nothing and feeling like im losing my mind. everyone around me makes me feel like im losing my shit
