I have severe depression for over six years in my whole life so i am an expert, I have lived with trauma, through I think is hell, and with very strict parents.
Do not go through the same path as I did, self harming when I deserve it Never. Instead tell yourself it is going to be fine and ay okay!
Remind yourself this is a test in life, even as an adult this is a test of how you behave and how you treat yourself.
If you are going to hurt yourself or vent then please message me, I will talk to you for hours I will be with you everyday.
I just feel so sad when I feel like you have chosen the same path as me.
You can call me a weirdo a freak a bich and a mistake but that is never how I am going to change around you.
Many people has lived the same as this, they would stay strong or get to see the eternal darkness.
You need to stay strong for me and your future you have so many talent that you were blessed with oh so many, you need to use that.
I've seen people sad "I am very sorry to hear that" or "I know how you feel" no, they do not because I see them happy with friends while I am surrounded with no one around me, its a living Hell please I just need someone with me.
I do not need it anymore, I feel like I have experienced it all and i know what to do now, getting pick on is a no, because I say stop.
Stop hurting yourself. Stop making yourself feel bad. If your parents hurt you or yell and scream at you, they don't deserve to be parents because if they acted like that they have no experience of how you feel.
I love all of you I miss all of you I care about all of you Be yourself because I never felt alone when you truly acted that way.
Even if you are gone I am still with you.

@Innocent exactly, you just have to distract yourself, realize that hurting yourself doesn’t solve anything, and convince yourself of that.
