My mental health has been consistent for the past 3 years, even when im in a relationship i focus on it ending even if were happy and how sad and isolated id be, i always feel alone even with my big friend group, I've been crying everyday for like the past week and i barely ever cry unless im really hurt. I've relasped on everything, even c1gerattes which i PROMISED myself i wouldn't do ever again, i always feel down even if i had a good day, I also wonder if my true colors changed since my relationship w my abuser, bc i used to never get mad at anyone and im always mad at my partner, even for no reason at all. Even if were spamming "ily" too eachother i have hatred and anger in me. I only listen to depressing music, even if im laughing and smiling, i think about offing myself every single night. I dont feel loved by my bf unless i expose myself, (which yes im being honest about that to strangers) i keep convincing myself ill never have a future with that boy bc im gonna ruin everything, "Like i always do" I cancelled all my plans, deep cleaned my room, wrote letters, sent some to long distance people (not u yet kiwi) I dont eat anymore, i dont wish me and my ex still worked out, i feel empty, im dead inside and living on the outside, well barely :))
