    Me and my friend ran over 1000 meters worth of track on Friday in 30 minutes. We both knocked out on Friday after school because of how bad our legs hurt. My legs STILL hurt, and I took 2 Aleve and Panadol and they still didn't do ANYTHING. Idk what to do- Help TvT

        one thing to do is rest not doing any intense workout another thing also use a heating pad any kind workout you do Your going to be sore no matter what always stretch before doing anything

            @1_Angel_1 your teacher should known better let you stretch first before running with myself this was my mistake i decided to do one of chloe ting workout videos on youtube my legs were sore because i did not stretch
