cough drops, tylenol/ibuprofen/other over the counter painkillers, and WATER WATER WATER!!! tea is also helpful. i am in choir, so i understand what your pain is and how to treat it. avoid spicy/acidic foods and creamier cheeses and peanut butter as itll make it hurt worse

its probably bronchitis or pneumonia because the symptoms you're talking about leds to both of those

@taytayy 90% sure they do not have pneumonia or bronchitis. many different sicknesses have those exact symptoms. im pretty sure theyll be fine after taking ibuprofen, some cough drops, and maybe some cough medicine with some rest

im just going to say this to be honest it might just be a sinus infection the reason why is that clearing throat and need to cough mostly because their drainage back of the throat why you are wanting to cough and another thing is that headache and chest pain probably might all just be from a sinus infection or allergies do recommend using a nasal spray

@SuperEnrique if It's not allergies their is a good chance it could be bronchitis the most common symptoms of having bronchitis is chest pain , headache , and coughing .
