@Johnny.SS We used to have this weird multiple choice thing that was super basic "How much do you value the rules 1-5" "How much do you value DNS 1-5" then a couple actual moderation questions. Then they asked ya some questions in DMs, it was super easy to become a moderator- Then I got fired, and when I was told to reapply Raven just let me since I was ex-staff

Not saying other people don't do heavy lifting, I know the admins do a lot, as does Mari, Jared, and most of services. But when it comes to things I needed help with personally, Unity and Raven have been there a lot

@_Izzy_ VG is very busy IRL and does most of the work behind the scenes, he does occasionally interact though, usually when he's online he'll read some posts that catch his eye. He's a nice guy though :3
