now im not really sure why your badges are not showing though it does have to be set in your groups admin for it to appear. however I did a long time ago add some code to restrict badges for reasons like this :

i worked at the coca cola factory in milton keynes... everyday trucks turn up plain white trucks like a petrol delivery truck u know the sort... the driver would reverse to the plant get out of his cab with full hazmat suit and hook up his tank and pump in the contents.. on asking what it was... he said its the secret ingredient that makes coke coke. all the maintenance lads use it to soak old car parks in to clean them.. its toxic AF... but hey tastes golden when added to a good whiskey.
