@Yanderemenhera I know lol, I was mostly joking its just that there used to be a censor and certain words were censored so now those words are to be used in moderation (small amounts) and they can't be directed at other people.

They want IDs because of the new UK censorship law. Basically our prime minister/president decided that it was too easy for kids to access what is considered ''adult content'' so on most websites now in the uk you have to send in some sort of identification to prove you're over 18. I believe youtube thought it was a good idea for not just users in the UK but all users. Uk citizens aren't very happy with this law and there's been petitions against it and protests.
