Valentine's Day sucks

Even tho it dosent effect me, Valentines day is definitely pure presser. it makes u feel like u wanna date when u arent even ready, or maybe u could be, who knows. I used to go to school but went to homeschool after 6th grade, and i never dated even when i had the chance too, i new i 100% wasnt ready...thinking from te logical side. Im not 18, cant get anything expensive like a real date or have a car.. what am i gonna call my parents up to take me to waffle house? Allongside puberty, your bodies like BOOM i wanna date now, just becaue the process has just STARTED to get ready and mature, because its out of nowhere. But for other people, Valentines day goes well, but even then, theres a high chance u wont continue on with that person when u grow up, or maybe u do. and i u dont, that person still played a big role in your life more than likely.

I want to date but I really don't have interest in anybody at my school and definitely no one has interest in me. Tbh even though Valentine's Day is close to my birthday, I still don't like this time of year
@spider210 See I may currently be in a relationship but I didn't even try anything until I was 14-15ish and even then it was more pressure than it was me actually being happy. Ya don't gotta have a partner to like Valentine's Day and ya shouldn't be out searching for love because that tends to lower your standards- I'm sure you're a cool cat and you'll find someone eventually but- With Valentine's Day I'd suggest ya just celebrate with friends ;3 I used to view the day as just free chocolate, and- Even still I kind of do- No point in flaunting it, even on the special day. Celebrate what you have and the people you have there for ya, not just getting a special someone, it's the day of love, not the day of a romantic relationship B3
