HERE ME OUT DNS DUDES

Even before generative AI took over, content farms have existed for like so long now. Youtube and other platforms really need to take action because its not like they're targeting like grown [censored] adults, they're targeting mostly children. It's messed up because its not just dumb fun that rots their attention spans, these videos can often have EXTREMELY problematic topics, messages, etc. With all of it being blasted at little timmy at like full volume, and intentionally so.

Like whenever I go on youtube and see any of that shit, it pisses me off so much because of how they just barely do anything. I've heard that tiktok and instagram are significantly worse though.

It make sense because youtube (google/alphabet inc.) is the same company that allows absolutely horrendous ads to be ran on their platform and also almost every website to ever exist. I'm talking like fake download buttons that download 1000 types of malware on your pc, gross af dehumanizing 's*X sElLs' type of ads, etc. These ads are almost every single ad on the Google Ads platform too. It's why I use an adblocker, i'd disable it otherwise tbh (so websites can make money i guess). They straight up will allow anything that gives them money as long as it doesn't affect their PR.

Nearly every single company in existence is like this, they literally only care about money. The only thing holding them back are laws, otherwise they'd just be as evil as possible for the money they get from exploiting people. The evil they would do wouldn't even make sense for their goals since its quite literally just them making wherever they're at a worse place to live in, which would eventually cause them to lose money because it'd all go to shit.

So, I'm sure yall are mostly aware of brainrotting? Roblox Causes MOST of it generally. So, If Roblox was shut down in 2013 and Toontown stayed alive, at least 55% of Brainrot would be gone. And If little timmys didn't have access to generative AI then another 15% of brainrot would be gone so... did I just crack the code of faling timmys who beg their fricking lives out for more robux or what?

@KiwiFarmsArkavel also summarizing a issue like this like that isn't really understandable unless you already 100% know what's happening (i had to read that like 10 times in a row to understand the 'larp'), plus it makes the issue seem not as serious as it is.

@KiwiFarmsArkavel also its not really our entire 'existence', by saying that our existence is simply horrible with no way out of it, it completely discourages action. There are multiple things people can do to combat this and make their lives better, but they just dont for some reason personal to them.

The backrooms movie is a really good representation of how most people feel right now tbh. Like the feeling of being stuck in a terrible place with seemingly no way out, despite the fact that they can usually do something about it themselves instead of relying on others to help it get better
