Mod Complaint.

@Vladimir-Putin , @BirdiBella , and whoever else made the decision to demote me for the second time. I can understand the first reason, that was because I was inactive. I promised to tell my team leader the next time I was leaving, so I was reinstated. Since then, I have tried to be as productive and active as I can, despite being busy with other things. I devoted a LOT of my time to BDNS. Then, I am approached again, and told that I was being demoted AGAIN because their 'mod team is too big'. Um. Excuse me, I'm more active than a lot of the starter mods combined, and WTF is that for a reason? I'm not really angry, I'm just a bit disappointed that my hard work and hours here are being thrown away because 'the team is too big'. I'm just...really sad. This was the first job I had that I actually enjoyed, and now I have to say goodbye to it. I feel like I failed...that feeling of failure just haunts me. Anyways, I'm sorry. I just feel a little irritated because of all this.

I am a Global Moderator. You were demoted simply because we seen better people to take over your position. You seem just a little too power hungry but we know your true intentions is to help us out, as we appreciate your help. You Will Not Disrespect us in any way as we've gave you another chance to be moderator. The rest of our mods are great and held high standards for themselves just like you, as that is why they kept their position. Being active is not what we are looking for, we want mods that get on and do the job right all the time. Once we get more room, some of you will be added back.

You were not the only one who was removed, all of you were removed for different reasons. I don't think this is how you'd expect to get mod back? I mean. I'm just improving what needs to be improved. If you have a complaint about a Global Mod please take it up with one of the admins privately in dms.

The Mod Team was too big because we've seen more moderators on than regular users which is never good. Only people who have ran sites before will understand.
