@Yougot1960ed I do not do chores, but they expect a LOT from me, which makes me feel like my future is bleak and I'll die alone when I'm old. I absolutely hate when my parents get mad for simple human errors, knowing I have ADHD.
My parents literally told me that I do not care about my hygiene not knowing I learned about crustanon (4chan), and I have seen hair matted badly, crust on skin, more disgusting things than how I am now.

@Faust Thats the same for me except they make me do chores and ive told them about my ADHD but they just plug up their ears and think im "Lazy" which at this point i kind of take it as a compliment

Okay, so I didn't brush my teeth this morning, but I brushed my teeth tonight and through my entire weekend. My step dad and my mom are pissed for no reason. I have ate breakfast, which may cover it up. I'll be grounded just because I forgot to brush my own teeth THIS MORNING. I wake up at 5:15 am by the way. It's a Monday. I feel groggy and literally fine. I genuinely don't know if they're crazy or I'm crazy, more like I'm crazy because I know i was supposed to do so but I was like, tired. and I forgot.
UPDATE: My mom came to the school and made me brush my teeth. She also told me to bring the phone, but I was in math class, so my phone was pouched, and I wasn't allowed to bring it with me. She said "you're making it worse for yourself" like I didn't try to grab the phone for her. Now I'm grounded for the rest of the week.
