nicest but most straightforward way possible: wake up and break up. not in an unneeded hatred but if you're sure this guy just ditched you without looking at how much you love him truly then you should leave.

@cv7mp Say, pal, if ya need someone to talk to about this kinda stuff I WILL put the offer on the table. As for advice on the situation, have you talked with him about it? What lot of people overlook is that he may not have INTENDED to hurt your feelings y'know? Also, I'd work on the obsession problem as that can be taxing on ANY relationship and is bad for your mental health as well- If you are feeling detached or hurt then you should vocalize the issues before you consider breaking up. Only situation I can think of where ya wouldn't do that is if you don't have feelings or if it's abusive. I cannot take a side without seeing both, this problem seems salvageable

Correct me if I'm wrong, but the only reason you want to leave him is because he didn't read the note? idk if he's nice to you is that really necessary? Also it's possible he went off with his friends without really intending to be hurtful, guys r lowk kinda stupid like that.

A lot of people have been saying what I was already going to say, so I guess I'll throw my two cents in even if it's similar to a few other suggestions,
You should probably communicate your perspective to your significant other. Communication is and always will be key in any relationship, including a romantic one. But the fact that your SO didn't read the note at all is a bit alarming- nevertheless you should talk your feelings out and see how things go.
