@Aries im not offended its just the response felt unnecessary, i already get the staffs view, i know theyre gonna try to justify it with his past actions, im not [censored] TvT
anyways even if its bc of his past actions (which still werent that bad and his ban before the ban i mentioed in this post was him saying smth to someone after THEY started it and spamburger even acknowledged that they started it) i still feel like its unjustified especially since alot of users were lowkey going out of there way to argue with him at one point (the post abt us breaking up as a joke that he asked to be locked bc ppl were turning it into a argument, the situation with tarmac crashing out bc he joked abt their response not answering the post question, only for them to make up later btw, the gf reveal post that was locked for no reason, where a mod disrespected him before he could even see or respond to the ppl who were supposedly arguing, and theres likely more examples i cant think of off the top of my head) It felt like yall were just LOOKING for a excuse to ban him

My last reply, don't worry. But I never wanted johnny banned, I think it'd be a bit dumb to think that, especially knowing that i'd probably get an equal consequence. I never really liked him, but I never really felt as though I had it 'out' for him. If he did something I didn't like, i'd tell him but I think towards the end we were okay with eachother

If you are banned and continue to disrespect staff, that justifies a permanent ban any day of the week and if our moderators were certainly disrespected by him I would have done the exact same thing regardless. I'm sure our staff would certainly agree with me here.
You are acting like Johnny was the only people we were removing during that time period; multiple other trolls and individuals were removed as well. Do not sit here and turn the tables on us like we did something wrong, WE did our duties and that's it. Admit he messed up and even if he didn't, he certainly did by calling me an offensive term. Our decisions will always be judgemental based mixed with our current policies as well. @Almond would certainly have banned him permanently if he openly disrespected Maribitt or any members of our staff just like I did.
Regardless, we tell you to block people and you don't (so why should we have to take the time to unban you when you appeal if you don't listen??). Doesn't quite make much sense. We tell all of you the same thing all the time. It is no longer our problem and I do not expect our staff to put up with this continuous foolishness.
We do not tolerate this behavior from anyone so do not make it seem like we made a simple exception just when he does it.

@Raven what does the blocking ppl thing have to do with this? he wasnt ban for argueing with anyone and did end up blocking the ppl who had issues with him TvT
anyways i get your point and i already said ofc hes gonna get punished for calling a mod a b*tch but still seems unreasonable and like a REALLY dragged out punishment

nor is it a stretch. He went from a 1 year ban to a permanent ban for calling me a [censored] when I tried helping in. I do not care how special he is to you, nor do I care about him being sorry for his actions. He made a mistake and will learn from them like everyone else does.

also you could have just ban him from the discord server permanently since it was off site and on there TvT

also the whole reason the argument happened was because he had ALREADY submitted a appeal and the ban was supposed to be shortened to two weeks (but wasnt for some reason)
im not crying abt it but like i said if you keep replying ima respond lol
but if you are willing to let him appeal again ill tell him and we'll both appreciate it alot, though im pretty sure he did submit one yesterday
