dont use head and shoulders, it sucks lmao, it depens on ur hair, but buy an aconditioner that quits the frizz, i would say u just wash it 3/4 days a week and dry it wity a dryer or naturally :p

pro tip, brush in the shower after shampooing, then half scrubdry, then style it how you want while it airdrys (and wash it once every 1-3 days)

its very greasy and messy all the time, although this is unintentional and its just bec i dont do like self care an such
i think its worsened by the fact that i have wavy/curly hair tbh

main tip: do nothing to it at all
