@yumi It's a religion that stirs from a Roblox game. Basically they worship "the spawn" (which is just a logo made in MS paint a decade ago for the Roblox Spawn Point.) The "religion," which is really just a cult, causes people to harm themselves to please the spawn. People have DIED because of it, and for some reason it's allowed on here.

Yeah spawnism really relies on pressure to get people to join it. I forgot the exact way they did it, but I can remember watching videos about it and seeing that they're recruited members via pressure.

There isn't any real concrete definition on what is a religion, a cult, or just a weird group. I don't think the label that spawnism falls under should have any effect on how it's treated.

The rules about spreading religion do nothing when people can peer pressure others into joining a literal online cult by making a topic that very subtly reads "i just became a spawnist." They also equipped a badge that literally reads "spawnist" that shows up on their every post, encouraging others to join, especially impressionable children who will keep reading that badge over and over then eventually give into the pressure. There are also lurkers on this website, so the negative effects aren't even fully known.

Other members also reinforce being in the group as shown by this post, like the upvotes and the other members conveniently hanging around the post, especially TwoTimee as an example, really trying their best to say how great it is that they are now a member of a literal cult.
