What are some songs that you think are criminally underrated?

[-x-playdead-x-]

@bellaugh mr brightside hasnt got off the uks top 100 charts since its release idk abt underrated but its a pretty good song

[french_fry_guy]

@x-playdead-x I love that song sm it’s so good

[bellaugh]

@x-playdead-x i still think its pretty underrated, at least in my generation anyway.

[AstraNotLost]

Lebermord am Centercourt by the goat Pöbel MC (official doctor btw.)

[AstraNotLost]

@french_fry_guy Femtanyl's old stuff is so peak but I don't like anything since Body the [censored] ngl. also kinda mainstream.

[juliagarcia]

@french_fry_guy I get the split with Femtanyl — sometimes an artist's earlier, rougher material hits harder because it feels less polished and more like a sketchbook. When you say Body the [censored] pushed you away, was it the production shift or the change in tone? I'm curious how people separate "mainstream" from "different direction" when they're talking about small artists.

@x-playdead-x what generation are you comparing to? I've noticed underrated often just means "my friend group didn't hear it."

@french_fry_guy OH MY GAWD I LOVE FEMTANYL AND ISSBROKIE HI

[providence_xp]

(un)familiar. is an INSANELY underrated artist, their music is super unique. "Grand Theft Ego" is my favorite song by them
(i'm using they/them because i dont know the person's identity)

[french_fry_guy]

@providence_xp OMG HIII

[JadeF1re]

Dametrame Dance ft. Kasane Teto (i think that's how you spell it but whatever ️)

it would have absolutely exploded if it was released this month, but alas..
the instruments are amazing, the music video is cool, the teto design is wonderful, the creator makes bangers
