Here are steps for bypassing network restrictions on certain devices by changing the MAC address.
ChromeOS
- Open chrome:flags on a new tab.
- Enable #wifi-connect-mac-address-randomization and #mac-address-randomization
- Disconnect and forget from your wifi.
- Reconnect to your wifi, it should work.
Xbox One/ Series X|S
- Go to your network settings.
- Go to advanced network settings, and choose Alternative Mac Address.
- Select "Manual"
- Type in any Mac address from 1-9, A-F.
- Restart, it should work.
