Forum Technical Difficulties!

This past week the site has been having large periods of downtime and lag. I'm going to be trying some server fixes today and tomorrow to address these problems.
Known Issues:
- Slowness when sending messages
- Entire forum going down or 503 timeouts
- Text formatting and Emojis not working everywhere
- Unable to create new groups

I have a lead on one of the potential issues, it's crashing when trying to generate the weekly "email digests" (aka: "What you missed since you were gone" emails). I'm going to temporarily disable this feature, to see how it affects the downtime (monitor-able here: https://stats.uptimerobot.com/JYZp8iqQOr/790761338 )

Fully upgraded the forum now to the latest nodebb version, things might look slightly different. The main issue is probably still happening though

I reported the issue to the NodeBB devs and they quickly pushed out a fix! https://github.com/NodeBB/NodeBB/issues/13115
It's related to our shoutbox chat recently surpassing 500+ users, which would explain why we started seeing issues this week.
I'm still working on getting the colors in profiles, but this should address the forum becoming non-responsive.
