I would like to announce that BrowseDNS is in a lack of Staff in both departments (Forum Services & Moderation). We will officially put applications on hold and jump straight into interviews. You will be judged based on your responses. If you would like to attend, we will conduct interviews until we are a stable team.

Thanks for the report- we're already working to fix this and the other issues around the site.
And just like I tell everyone else, every category is included with a description that tells you about the kind of content that should go there.
It's different when something isn't repetitive, someone who has been here for longer should already know simple stuff like this. @Yanderemenhera i'll look into that, I believe there was some confusion when I asked for everyone to only be able to post replies in that category. I rather not being up issues that don't need to be brought back up.
We already are aware of these issues and are working to fix them, please be patient.

Like I said, they can post as much as they would like as long as it isn't in violation of our guidelines.
You're in no place to tell someone to stop posting, they may post as much as they want. You can unfollow the category and make it so you don't receive notifications or ultimately you can limit the amount of topics that show on the homepage.

Users do not have moderation privileges and can not move their thread to different category options. Which is why you need to think before posting.
All of it is in the topic tools area on the side of your screen when you click onto the thread.
I would appreciate it if you wouldn't post these threads in a category that is mean't for technical news about the site (BrowseDNS), the category icon and the name literally say that. Please do not post in announcements either.

What posts are you referring too? The only things that I see deleted from you is duplicate threads that were made likely because of the lag/slowness. However, the original post was left undeleted.
