same here but i REFUSE to even go to therapy AT ALL IRL OR DIGTALLY with some grown person i dont know

i am that kinda guy who needs therapy badly but refuses to do it
i mean i don't even vent about my problems to my own friends how the hell am i going to say anything to a therapist i don't personally know...
