Life Update 7: Weaponizing

Alrrrr sooooo life's been good good other than this......really creepy dude at school that people keep shipping me with who also keeps making people believe I'm a girl just cuz I use the stall ......BUT THAT'S SCHOOL LETS TALK ABOUT HOME RN CUZ BOYYYY-

Alr...as the title says basically my dad has many things he likes to do some more....interesting...than others- but one he loves the most is gas lighting me and weaponizing therapy. He basically anytime we're in an argument goes "REMEMBER WHAT WE TALKED ABOUT WITH [name]!!!" and it usually doesn't even make sense. Like today we got into an argument that angered me so bad my throat is in pain and I managed to slam the door so hard smth I screwed into the wall just...fell- but basically he took my school computer and I ofc need it cuz I have one missing assignment for a class I have to pass and also just to charge it for the morning. I ask him where and he says he took it and I should go to sleep. I begin explaining my case and how its not fair as everyone else gets to use technology at the time but me however he quickly uses the "Remember what [name] said" and its funny cuz we went earlier today....but.....he didn't say ANYTHING about taking my stuff! And ofc this pisses me off so I explain but he just spams the same thing and makes up excuses till its just a big yell-off and when he finally agrees to give me it back he tries giving me a hug and I try setting a boundary which fun fact is smth we actually do talk about with the therapist.....however he decides to go ".....alright you're not getting the computer anymore"......I JUST DON'T WANT ANYONE EVEN GETTING LIKE CLOSE TO ME CUZ IM PISSED LIKE SUDDENLY THATS A PROBLEM???? SUDDENLY I JUST HAVE TO ACCEPT EVERYTHING AND ITS CRAZY CUZ LIKE EARLIER ALSO HE GOES LIKE "YOU LISTEN TO ME I MAKE ALL THE DECISIONS IN THE HOUSE" (as if my mom and sisters don't exist even though the therapist has made it clear it should be a group effort) and then he says "I DON'T MAKE THE DECISIONS"....you just said you do??? you can't just say you don't out of no where. And when I tell him he can't downplay everyone else he just doesn't care and changes the topic......SOOO THATS WHAT HAPPENED LIKE A FEW MINUTES AGO MAYBE AN HOUR AGO THATS FUN BAIII MY POOKIESSSSS
