@greenvr yeah, I'd give it a solid 4-10, maybe my experience was bad due to how I watched it but but honestly just felt like goseworks just wanted it to be over pretty fast and the ending wwasn't terrible, I think an ending where it shows time passing and everyone obstracting or something like everyone essentially "dying" after like company goes out of business and the electricity goes off and they stop existing would've been better tbh. the Jax coming out as trans thing was cool, the thing were they all met IRL was cool ig, but it was still not super interesting tbh. I did also enjoy the edgyer humor and swearing in this epesode a good amount since I am a bad person.

@pawthetic brochacho TADC is only on the adult profile on Netflix. if adults don't want their children to be watching stuff, there are parental controls and a kids section, as well on Netflix. the adults simply choose not to give any by choice. like @Yanderemenhera said random peeps that make content shouldn't be blamed. it's simply the parents/guardians fault. anywho, I js felt like I had to say that. However, I really enjoyed the 9 ep 🥹🥹🥹 it's was pretty good I wanted to see it in theaters, but I js waited cuz I thought it would be much more fun and exciting to wait it out a bit longer! :3

Anyways, the ending wasn't completely horrid, but like common criticism says: "it felt a bit rushed." The characters in the show are generally kind of flat (apart from jax) and the ending didn't really change this very much. And no, I don't mean theyre flat because they fit into archetypes and cliches of characters because that's intentional. The show never really lets the viewer feel any depth or emotional connection towards characters, and I'm saying this as someone who randomly binge watched the entire thing since the finale was releasing, so I didn't really interact with the fanbase very much and this only amplified how little time we spend with these characters as a whole. I also disliked how they just.. brought caine back. It felt forced, there wasn't even a real reason for him to be present again in the show. He didn't even have a proper redemption or anything, it felt like they just brought him back as a crappy "happy ending" or whatever. I give it a 5/10. My [censored] genuinely kept falling asleep whenever I tried to watch it 😭 i dunno why lmfao

Honestly a whole bunch of nothing happened that episode except jax abstraction and that somehow made me emotional, but overall disappointing in my opinion. i agree the characters were flat.

The writing as a whole and characterization in general is just really bad in TDAC. I'm personally not trans, so I really wouldn't know whether or not it's horrible or not, but I feel like it was sort of hinted that she was trans throughout the show

@pawthetic yeah, that part annoyed me. You can show that someone is trans other than forcefully puting them in their desired gender's uncomfortable clothing, and even then- a maid outfit? Really?? I might be reading too much into it, but that's sort of misogynistic in its own way. I understand that they did it for shits and giggles just to see Jax squirm, but it's still a bit weird considering she was revealed to be trans at the end
