i got that exact dolll myself, the hair was dogshit. i washed it with soft hands soap bc it had hard clumps and i could not find any shampoo and conditior. i put hand loatoin in it too and it still isn't soft. the curls are bad so imma recurl it by making miniature curling iron things out of metal

@Yanderemenhera Yess the hair is a bit iffy to work with ESPECIALLY sense the bangs were so high so I had to press them down with a hair ties... But I would appreciate it a lot of you could give advice!! THANK YOU!!
