Uhhh I'm not quite sure what ethnicity she is, but I really do like Raifort's character design from Pokemon Scarlet and Violet. Her outfit is really cute, and ive been meaning to draw her for a while now
I'm certainly sure Nessa from Pokemon Sword and Shield has been mentioned before in this thread, but her design is also really cute ^^ I had a moderately hard time getting through her gym since I had a shitton of fire type Pokemon on my team

I didn't wanna make a mistake by calling her poc just because she has tanner/darker skin. Her outfit is actually so cute tho. I really love her colour palet, and just- everything honestly 🥹
