advice with studdering?

so, i haven't always had a studder, it just kinda happened one day. when i talk, i'll randomly start sounding like a lagged out AI like, if you were to talk to me i might just randomly go "ha-ha-have you been doing good lightly?" i just start spamming a random sluybul. i think it gets worse when im exited or upset. i feel like i sound like an idiot or elon musk (not like there's a big difference between the two.) and i dont know how to stop studdering, and i only started studdering a few months ago :/

idk any solutions, all i can think of is talking slower/actively think about what you say before you say it
