can someone help me with this hair problem (HOW DO I MAINTAIN MESSY HAIRRRR T-T)

i need hair help- im going to have my hair about to my eyebrows and keep it messy for my vibe, but i legit dont know anything abt hair except that i use head and shoulders- if anyone has some tips about messy hairstyles i would appriciate it :) its either messy, or some fancy combed hairsryle which i want to avoid at all costs, i wear lots of dark clothes so i feel like messy suits me. i just mainly need to know how often i should wash my hair (3 times, 2 times, 1 time daily idk-) and how to create a good messy look aswell as how to maintain this style and take care of my hair

@xenth cut your hair short and regularly detangle with your fingers. that's how I maintain messy hair without developing dreadlocks or Matt's (no hate to anyone who likes that as their hairstyle)
