how many users do you have blocked?

blocking is kinda useless because it just hides the posts (which can get confusing if other people acknowledge their existence) instead of actually preventing that person from replying to you, mentioning you, or commenting on your topics

i just use the dm block feature that prevents them from messaging me to avoid confusion

On Pinterest, however.. ahem. Like 300. I may have blocked as many people as I could find in a fandom I didn't like. I would genuinely seek them out just to block them. Ask @kevthepoopman he knows
