u guys need to be more woke@punkrotting i edited my response, if you want to actually understand what im tryna say you can check it out
-
u guys need to be more woke@punkrotting im saying they arent trans:/
-
u guys need to be more woke@w1ckedsticky1983 all i said was ppl can act in a way that doesnt match how society says someone of their [censored] can act and still not be trans
i said this bc when u were saying its not a mental illness u mentioned ppl who dont conform with their how theyre gender should be they may identify as transmy point was pretty stupid and common sense but i dont get why yall dont get it:/ i know thats different then being trans, that WAS the point TvT
anyways im done yappin i promise, i appreciate yall taking my question seriously^^
edit: im not done yapping TvT
my point was ppl who just say theyre trans bc the dont conform to societies expectations of their gender but dont 'feel' like a different gender just arent actually trans TvT theres just labelling themselves as such but theres no meaning behind it, if you dont feel like or want to be another [censored] then u are, (dont have gender dysphoria) then you arent trans TvT and i feel like its unfair to actual trans ppl for people to use their label just bc, but im not trans so maybe they dont mind
so its still a mental disorder:/ -
u guys need to be more woke@freedom-fries idk what pride parades you be checking out, like i said if you read my reply, the ones in Springfield are chill
-
u guys need to be more woke@w1ckedsticky1983 thats literally my point, you said its not a mental illness and some ppl just arent the norm and may choose to identify as trans, im saying that you can not fit the norm and not necessarily be trans
ima be real im done with this convo now:/
-
u guys need to be more woke@freedom-fries bro WHAT pride parades are so fun TvT ig theres always bad apples but theyre actually pretty chill atleast the one in Springfield
-
u guys need to be more woke@w1ckedsticky1983 thats what im saying bruh TvT
-
u guys need to be more woke@punkrotting wtf is wrong with saying that??? alot of men are feminine and still identify as men so idk what ur tryna say
-
u guys need to be more woke@w1ckedsticky1983 is what you described not gender disphoria tho? i think what u said abt not aligning with societies expectations makes sense but you can be a feminine man and even where dresses and still be a man if that makes sense (like rosado from fire emblemmm<3)
but if you 'dont like your [censored]' isnt that gender dysphoria?
anyways thanks for explaining it to me more, i think what im getting is its just a way ppl identify but its usually to cope with the mental disorder that is gemder dysphoria -
u guys need to be more woke@seal i dont get why its transphobic
even if they have similar experiences i dont get why they cant have their own group instead???
but what u said makes sense ig, but dont all trans ppl have gender dysphoria, i thought thats kinda the point? so basically most trans ppl identify as trans to cope with their mental disorder?like i said it just feels kinda lame like i dont rlly relate to ppl in my own community and i feel like they should just be a completely separate community
its not that deep tho and im not transphobic bc that would be dumb -
u guys need to be more wokeok yall dont cancel me but since we're talkin bout trans folk
is it wrong that i view being trans as a mental disorder? /gen
i dont understand why like viewing it as one is negative and i think itd make ppl less transphobic
like any other mental disorder you dont choose to be born that way, most ppl wouldnt bully a autistic person for being autistic because theyre born that way and ppl dont chose to have a mental illnessand feeling like your something your not is definitely not orderly so i feel like its objectively a illness
amd thats ok
like i still respect my trans friends pronouns and use them
i dont get why saying its a mental disorder is bad because mental disorders exist and i feel like as a society we know better and are more excepting of thembc if being trans is a disorder then what is it? i feel like this confuses ppl and leads to MORE transphobia
so is there something im misunderstanding? bc im very confident that it IS a mental disorder but have been kinda scared to ask ppl (ignore my typos)
also ive NEVER met a trans person who doesn't have another mental disorder (usually adhd or autism)
unrelated but this is why i dont like that trans and nonbinary ppl are a part of the lgb, bc now its not about sexuality anymore and is including a mental illness? it feels like it isnt for us anymore if that makes sense, i wish they had theyre own group instead bc its weird to associate being non heterosexual with a mental disorder
also im not transphobic for feeling this way, if someone is chill theyre chill but i do still see it as a disorder and i dont get how it could be seen as anything else:/

u guys need to be more woke@seal that was the point
gerrymandering (idk how its spelt) is changing political borders in your favorthey changed it so in each district theres more white voters then black ones
before there was basically a district for black ppl -
u guys need to be more woke@seal it is
female breast being seen as s3xual is entirely misogynistic, im pretty sure males can produce milk too btw and my bf has biger [censored] then me but if hes shirtless at a beach or smth it wouldn't be seen as inappropriate
so yeah its rooted in misogyny -
u guys need to be more woke@w1ckedsticky1983 ohh i think i misunderstood you lol, yeah what your saying makes sense and i agree racism (but actually classism, which is actually the ppl in power wanting to stay in power) is kinda the biggest root cause of our corrupt government, mb
also i never thought was the idea of rights being gone tomorrow, that feels rlly relevant, recently they got rid of these laws that were mad to protect Black voting rights and use jerrymandering for these districts in Mississippi to basically dilute black votes (the original district was mainly a black population and they made it so the black population was separated into smaller groups within the 3 districts) and their argument was that racism isnt a issue anymore
which i would think is valid
but im pretty sure the state this happened in has alot of racism AND they did this a week before elections and last election that district voted for a Black representative so...srry if this is random its just what what you said made me think of and ive been wanting to yap abt it for awhile TvT
-
u guys need to be more woke@w1ckedsticky1983 oh ok, i was kinda worried bc while i of all ppl definitely think racism is a issue the idea of it being like idk what everything stems from is lowkey the type of propaganda the government would want you to think TvT and just ignores the real issue, also i think misogyny was more of a big thing before racism and the concept of racism is kinda recent (ppl have always fought other cultures and groups but i feel like it being abt 'race', which isnt even a real thing, is kinda recent in the grand scheme of things, is relatively new)
also ima be honest, racism in America does suck and still exist but its genuinely not that bad or that much of a obstacle, i know i post abt it alot but poc can do pretty much anything a white person can now they just may face more obstacles (its present but there is bigger fish to fry if that makes sense) i feel like modern racism is just ppl being ignorant (then again thats what racism has always been) but its not that harmful, it just kinda sucks sometimes and in some scenarios POC will have to work a bit harder for smth then a white person would
idk how to explain what im tryna say TvT -
u guys need to be more woke@w1ckedsticky1983 i think it comes from classism, racism (atleast American racism) was created by rich ppl to give poor white ppl someone to blame (poc) and step on so they felt like they had power and didnt rebel against the people who were screwing poc and poor white ppl over

the real battle has always been between those in power and the common people, everything else stems from that i think. its the route cause of most social issues

theres so much casual animal abuse online:/ (tw light discription of animal mistreatment)i saw a vid on tiktok and the label was 'hes acting like he broke his arm or smth' but then the kid ACTUALLY broke his arm falling and they showed it and it was so weird bc it had a bunch of likes. who tf would post that, let alone joke abt it and how could ppl find it funny? i was so disgusted
i feel like social media has made ppl way to desensitized
-
theres so much casual animal abuse online:/ (tw light discription of animal mistreatment)@Cicadasandbats thats so bad, ppl should never impulsively get a pet, my dad got me my fish as a suprise and they all died bc none of us did any research TvT only one of my original fish is still alive, the rest i got a month or two ago

theres so much casual animal abuse online:/ (tw light discription of animal mistreatment)@itscookiebear its a big business so ofc they dont care, also alot of their fish have terrible genes bc of inbreading, another reason why small businesses usually are better
