Bro. I have literally given the handbook to every single person that I have hired since I was hired here. I stated that they should read the handbook before doing their mod duties.

Whoever you're on about isn't Mari or me... with the exception that I forgot to give Shrub the handbook when he was hired, I think.

Anyway, you have not been mod for a while so none of you know whether we give the handbooks out or not. Therefore, these comments are not yet proven to be true, at all.

VIP is how that system works, it isn't that hard to ask a Global for VIP! I'm sure they wouldn't mind giving it to you as long as you behave.

For those who think we randomly give VIP out, you're wrong. We do not give it to you unless you use your words and ask.

I'm taking small steps w/ this at least until we learn what to post and what to not postー of course it is ridiculous, none of us want to approve posts everytime we get online. However, we're working on post quality and getting more engaging content while filtering out what isn't so it is harsh but effective. To be fair, I did give 2 warnings to the whole community before I took action. On the bright side, if all is going to continue how it is going currently with the better post quality that we're getting it should be gone by the end of the week and I will begin working to improve other things that are becoming an ongoing issue to hopefully resolve this to the best of my ability.

I just ask that you're patient with me and that you trust the process, I surely won't disappoint.

Also just to clear up confusion, the "BrowseDNS" category is for technical support. It really isn't specific like the rest are so i'll probably change the name to just clear up confusion. I could just make a regular category for BrowseDNS related topics that are not complaints, questions, and/or consequence appeals.

Again, without you telling them how you feel nothing will be done and nobody will understand you or your dislikes.

I find it a little strange that you dislike people doing this to you and you don't take the steps to fix the issue. Everyone is weird in their own way, there is nothing you can do to fix this. You are weird, we all are. I also don't really agree that everyone is confusing.

I'm not meaning to offend anyone here but that is something adults around 40 tend to call children/teens, i'm sure they didn't mean to misgender you or whatever you felt like what was going on. It is just something that they have developed through their time of being alive (for example: their fashion may not be the same as yours.). I think they're just trying to make you feel good about yourself

Calling a woman a "young lady" is supposed to kind of be a complement to a girl about how they act or the things you do. Maybe it makes you uncomfortable because you rather be called them, you should definitely tell them this if that is the case. Communication is key when it comes to these things. If you don't, you expect them to read your mind?

I don't find it weird though and they're not a creep @juvon. When people do that it is best to just keep cool and just ignore those kind of things, most of the time they didn't know and don't really understand this kind of stuff as much as we do.

I 100% agree with Maribitt, I somewhat understand your feelings though.
