@seal the jack and Sally tee (XS) is almost (not quite) as big as the size medium Astrid shirt btw^^ Walmart is stupid AF bro 😭 idk what Walmart is doing to come up with their sizing bc a XS shouldn't be nearly as big as a medium.

something important to keep in mind is that unisex and men's tops are cut differently and are usually bigger, hence why I say I am a small/medium top. they aren't vanity sized like the XS jack and Sally tee, men's clothes are usually larger in the top department and smaller when it comes to things like pants since men's clothes are cut to be more boxy and women's are usually made to exentuate curves like the waist and thighs

now, i'm not gonna post all the tags, since there's a lot, but imma talk a bit about how different shirts fit and the pair of shorts and skirt fit, unisex tee shirts (the MSI band tee and the helluva boss moxie tee) are both a size small, the moxie tee is "oversized" so it's kinda baggy, unisex tees fit like men's tee's but there's a few diffrences

1:

the neck isn't as big as a men's tee-shirt is, it's actually smaller.

2: the sleeves are longer oddly enough, idk why but is.

3:

the shirts are longer than the men's ones. idk bro.😭 I really don't know why.

the Astrid shirt is a size medium (woman's) the cut is different than the men's small (gir tee-shirt) and the unisex tees (helluva boss and the msi shirt) and the weirdass prepy XS shirt (it actually used to be a tad bigger, I shrunk it a bit in a dryer once.) and the other XS shirt that has jack and Sally on it. the Astrid tee is cut to have tiny sleeves and the waist of it is "snached"? Ig you'd say, but other than that it's fairly simmaler in size to the supposed "XS" from Walmart =-=
also, the skirt i'm wearing a is a small, I have an XS skirt also from Walmart and I couldn't find it unfortunately. and the hoodie is a medium from the men's section, it's lose and comfy. the band tee isn't vanity sized, it had actual measurements on the website, nether is the gir shirt, the helluva boss shirt is just intended to be oversized, but the XS shirts are and the skirt i'd say is too.

@Ria oh I get that, I can't wear button up tops now 🥀 if I size up, it looks inappropriate for a formal occasion since it is too large, but if I get a size i'd normally wear the shirt pops right open when I move even an inch

@vessel yes, I just found the shirt, quickly laying it agenst a woman's size medium shirt my grandma got me reveals that the "XS" is almost identical to the medium, a bit smaller, but still close to the same size

@Ria ngl, it just rage baits the shit outta me because I need to try to like, explain to my dad or his mom that while yes, they can buy me like a size medium woman's shirt from amazon or like some size small bootleg unisex band tee, they need to follow entirely different rules for walmart 🥀 it makes me not wanna give them money because it annoys me, tbh I usually get my favorite clothes from goodwill or I get old clothes from my dad that might've shrunk in the dryer since I do like to have some baggy clothes (i'm significantly smaller than my btw, we aren't the same size) and while they are baggy on me, my dad can't wear them since they are too small

also, vanity sizing is when a company fυcks with sizes (usually women's, I haven't seen vanity sizing for men tbh, only occasional slip-ups in sizing or the company tryna do an oversized fit, it does likely happen though) and makes them big so you as the consumer feel better about yourself, like, i'm a medium in bottoms and a small/medium in tops (tbf, I own a lot of mens and unisex clothing so they fit differently) but if I want a nice form fitting tee from Walmart in the women's section, i'd need to buy an XS, the idea is with vanity sizing, I'll see the XS tag and feel better about my body and i'll be more likely to buy something from them since I feel better about myself. now, i'm not sure if that actually works tbh, for me it just annoys me and makes it harder for my grandma to buy me clothing =-= @Ria
