talks about clothing sizes, would it help if I showed what the clothes I mention look like on me? (some things I WILL NOT SHOW on me like the hot topic skirt for obvious reasons... and or I just don't have that artical of clothing anymore because I got rid of it)
I'm currently trying to find my size XS top from Walmart with Jack and Sally on it rn but I might not be able to find it :'3 but I do have other articals of clothing of that size from Walmart that fit I'll likely show. also i'm like hella fat (I have lost some weight) so keep that in mind when you see photos of me,like, I have excess skin on the backs of my arms i'm self-concouis about so I might wear a jacket or something unzipped so they are covered but you'd still be able to see the clothes ok. idk, if you think seeing what clothes look like on me with sizes and pics of tags would help, just reply to this post I suppose. I won't show my face but you will be able to see my entire body

what I mean by the hyperbolic statement about peater Griffin is like, having a smaller waist and then just being bigger everywhere else, idk if you've seen that family guy clip where he's like in a water park with a corset on, but that's where the idea originated from. I feel like that was a decent hyporboly since I am fat but smaller in the waist lol

mens sizes are quite different than women's, I am currently wearing 32/34 shorts and they are a tad baggy, a women's medium how ever, is about 30 inches at the waist. from my experience, if you are built like me (basically peater griffion but he lipoed the fat outta his waist and then wore a corset 🥀) trying to get something that's your waist measurements in men's pants will not work. my dumbass once got like, I believe it was a men's 27/30 pair of swim shorts (I was thinner then for context) and my [censored] was too fat to wear it. my cake was far too much for it 💔 like, literally I could not get it over my cake. I think women's are made to have a smaller waist and basically a bigger everything else. another thing is if you are on the taller side, you will likely have diffculty in women's clothes, like, I have a nice hottopic skirt, (size medium for context) fits my waist beautifly I do not need to wear a belt or anything, but uh.... it's extremely short for me. i'm 5'9 btw. so I have an easier time with men's clothes given my size,(I am unsure of my weight, i've been losing weight and I do not own a scale :'3. but I do know my height) another thing is, vanity sizing and weird china sizing, basically two extremes. where for example, walmart women's clothes (men's clothes are usually less agregous since they have more brands than just no bondrays and they usually have measurements in them like 32/34 for example, instead of just a generic letter like "s" or "m") are really fυcking big, like, I could wear a size 02/XS tee shirt no problem at my size. like, genuinely wtf bro 😭 and I recently got a pair of leggings right? I got a size large because it was all I could find and since I have an issue with side medium stuff being short on me I thought it'd be ok. tell me why they were weirdly baggy and went over my chest like a cursed pair of overalls, bro💀 genuinely, what the actual fυck is Walmart women's sizing? I do have some skirts from Walmart, they are shorter, but a size small fits me alright in the waist and such. so if you go to Walmart, size one size down pookz. if you're usually a size medium, go to a size small. if you're a size XL you're likely a large, ect, ect, ect.

and as for weirdass china sizing, I own a top, it's a size large, it... uh well it wouldn't even be considered a crop top. it's so damn short it's basically not a shirt at all. it's basically those memes about a skirt being too long at it showing just a belt 🥀 and the sleeves are weirdly short too. tbf, maybe it's a kids shirt? idfk. I'm not gonna wear it.
so if you ever order from like, a chinese website for clothes, be ready cuz they don't play about sizing. or maybe they just sell kids clothes, idfk bro but always look for a sizing chart. if you can't find one, do not buy it. sorry if it's cute, but trust me, it's better not to waste your money on something that might not even fit my skinny 7 year old sibling right.

one last thing is, hot topic clothes in particular. I think people complain that the women's clothes are a bit smaller (possibly why the skirt I own is so insainly short) but this isn't true for men's/unisex shirts. smite me, i might as well blow up a no-kill animal shelter for owning this, but I have a size "small" moxie tee, and it's more like a medium In mens, or like, a women's large. keep that in mind if you get clothes from there. their tees aren't small bro. not at all.
