Controller disconnecting

bruh im about to mf crash out can anyone explain to me why my controller keeps disconnecting from the switch as far as i know its fully charged up but in the middle of game play it will just disconnect even when on the charger it acts like i cant use it untill off of the charger its a 3rd party controller an "8bitDo SN30pro+" it never did this before but now all of a sudden its acting brand new any advice?

@Enchanted its always the dam left 1 bro, mines acts up too ts is drifting 24/7 and is always disconnecting

havent solved it but update one thing that helps is to completely disconnect the 3rd party controller then re pair it
