When I first joined there was one thing I wanted to be above anything else and it was all I spoke about, it definitely pissed some people off too. But I was so eager to get it. Eventually however I gave up on that dream, I thought it was impossible. Recently I've been giving everything my absolute best, because I didn't feel right and deep down I knew that something had to change. So I started giving everything my all and it payed off for the most part, I was promoted and I was happy I learnt to forget about that dream from like 4 months ago. Until recently, when I began to see that as an actual opportunity maybe, just maybe I would get it and then we come to today, when I've finally heard that the position I always hoped for is a possibility and I've now started training for it. I'm not going to disclose what it is yet as it's not fully decided but all i'm gonna say is never doubt yourself because you never truly know what you're capable of.
