does anybody have a tut on how to draw a male face cause I've spent over 4 hours trying to do this and my hands are cramping and i cant function anymore

Uhhhh it really depends, but the most general tip I could give you is that Males typically have sharper features, and women can have softer ones I guess. Although, it really depends on the character, but it's a good way to start learning the differences :P
Oh- and men have bigger features (i.e. noses, mouths, eyes.)
I would highly suggest watching a tutorial on YouTube or something, there's plenty out there ^^
