i wouldnt say im bad at my schedule, but i have insomnia and it really sucks, but its a secondary effect of my medication so what can i do anyways(?

Yes very. I stay up until like 4am and wake up around 9 sometimes.
Other ite like 2am to 8am ig but i sleep in allt
