Personally I drink a monster energy drink every few days, which has I think about 130mg of caffeine, but people under 18 aren’t supposed to have more than 100 a lot and you should never have more than 250. You will literally wreck yourself mentally and physically. Please remember that technically, caffeine IS a drug.
