MY way(s) of "coping" are/is NOT healthy..

Most people that know me or are "close" to me have (at one point or another) noticed that I get REEEEEAAAALLY bad anxiety spikes in certain situations. They ALSO know that I typically tend to draw in order to ease the anxiety.. At least that's what I tell them anyway.

See, when I'm anxious, I don't always settle down and cozy up with a pencil and paper. I lie down in my fuckass bed, morph into it as one, and grab my remote and turn on some fucked up crime case or go on my switch and read some sm*tty RadioApple yaoi ALL the whilst bedrotting. I do NOT move unless told or ABSOLUTELY necessary (like for the bathroom or emergencies and shit). I do not eat, drink, or sleep. My fuel is the content I consume alone. I genuinely just lie there doing the same shit everyday.

Sometimes I just stare at the wall to calm down.

This is very me coded. I bed rot a lot. Today, I only ate bcs my dad made me and I felt so sick and disgusted afterwards. I went to my room and just layed there with my eyes closed underneath my fleece blanket. I have no idea how long I was there. Eventually my dad came to get me for some bs and I felt like I was going to pass out the entire time. After that was over with I went right back to my bed and did the same thing. I haven't had anything to drink, so my mouth feels like a frothy, pasty pit and my nose and throat are insanely dry, but I still don't want to get up and go get water.
